A modern classic! Welcome to a peaceful chalet experience in Mont-Tremblant. Named after a historic sawmill, Chalet du Moulin is nestled in the woods with views of a beautiful meadow. We are located in the heart of Mont-Tremblant, only a 10 minute drive from the Resort and 2 minute drive to the Spa Scandinave. Our guests are close to the ski hills, racetrack, mountain bike and cycling trails, delightful shops, restaurants and festivals in the Village at Mont-Tremblant.

The space

Beautiful Private Location in Mont-Tremblant

Easy to locate on the way into Mont-Tremblant, we are surrounded by forest, so it really is the best of both worlds. We are located close to the Old Village of Mont-Tremblant with its lovely shops and cafes. The famous race track Circuit Mont-Tremblant is nearby for driving thrills, as is the famous Scandinave Spa and incredible Ekki Sushi and Casino de Mont-Tremblant.

Chalet du Moulin offers plenty of parking space and room outdoors, and there is an excellent shuttle service that runs in the area.

The Story of Chalet du Moulin

Chalet du Moulin is named after the site of a historic Tremblant sawmill. For generations, it was home to trailblazers, farmers and craftspeople who built many of the ski chalets, cabins, mountain homes and hotels in Mont-Tremblant.

Behind Chalet du Moulin, a babbling creek winds its way through the mountainous wilderness and feeds into Lac Ouimet. Years ago, local Lumberjacks floated logs down to the sawmill. Today, our guests walk through the woods, along the stream and enjoy the health benefits of meditation and forest bathing in the ancient nature.

Our kitchen is stocked with cutlery, cookware and essentials -everything you need to enjoy your favourite meals. Large windows bring in the beauty of the surrounding nature and the soothing natural light while you curl up on the big sectional sofa and take in a movie.

Chalet du Moulin features a large deck with a BBQ for your grilling enjoyment. Our bubbling outdoor hot tub is perfect to melt away stress. Guests enjoy the relaxation and benefits of forest bathing among the tall trees of our forest and the soothing sounds of rustling leaves. When it’s time to gather round and tell stories, guests can enjoy roasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit.

Le célèbre circuit de course de Mont-Tremblant est à proximité pour les amateurs de sensations fortes, tout comme le réputé Scandinave Spa, l'incroyable Restaurant "Ekki Sushi" et le Casino de Mont-Tremblant.

L'histoire du Chalet du Moulin

Le Chalet du Moulin tire son nom du site d'une scierie historique de Tremblant. Pendant des générations, la scierie a accueilli des éclaireurs, des agriculteurs et des artisans qui ont construit de nombreux chalets de ski, cabanes, maisons de montagne et hôtels à Mont-Tremblant.

Derrière le chalet du Moulin, un ruisseau coule à travers les montagnes sauvages et se jette dans le lac Ouimet. Il y a des années, les bûcherons locaux transportaient les billots jusqu'à la scierie. Aujourd'hui, nos invités se promènent dans les bois, le long du ruisseau et profitent des bienfaits de la méditation et des bains de forêt dans cette nature ancienne.
