Welcome to our centrally located mountain home, situated across the street from the Blue Mountain Village, slopes and Monterra Golf Course! Enjoy your day at the skill hill, evening at one of the thriving local restaurants and events hosted by the Village, with the convenience of being a quick walk from your personal retreat. This 3 bedroom, second floor home can accommodate up to 6 guests for a weekend of experiencing the best of Blue.

The Space

As you walk through the door, you’ll arrive in the spacious living area with a large leather couch facing the wood burning fireplace (not permitted for use) and Cable TV. The large windows provide bright natural light and views of the mountain. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the private patio, complete with a BBQ and outdoor furniture for warmer days.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a drip coffee maker - all you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters! The dining space seats 7, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All 3 bedrooms in this home are on the upper floor. Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed and Bedroom #2 has 2 Single beds. Bedroom #3 is in the loft overlooking the living room with a Queen size bed and full ensuite bathroom with a shower-in-tub. There is another full bathroom on the upper floor of this unit with a shower, as well as a half bathroom on the main floor/living area.
