Home Information
ARRIVAL
To unlock the Schlage lock, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
PARKING
Parking is in the driveway (2 cars) and garage (1 car). There is also visitor parking across from the property. No parking passes are required.
This unit features three Smart TV's, located in the living room, master bedroom and basement. You can access apps such as Netflix, Prime and Disney. You will require your own login details to access them. Don't forget to log out when leaving!
FIREPLACE
This unit has a gas fireplace. To turn on the fireplace, locate the switch to the left of the fireplace (looks like a light switch). Please make sure to turn off the fireplace when finished. Note: If you run the AC, the pilot light in the fireplace will not stay lit. If this happens and you need assistance, call our Contact Centre and someone will walk you through how to turn it back on or we can send someone over to help.
COFFEE
A Keurig coffee machine is provided in the unit. Please bring your own coffee pods for the Keurig if you plan to use it as we do not provide any.
HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the main floor hallway, just before the kitchen. Upon leaving please adjust it back to 22 degrees celsius.
**The Snowbridge pool facilities will close for the season on September 9th, 2024. The children's pool is closed as of August 20th**
The pool is located at the entrance to the 171 Snowbridge Way cul de sac. Use the pool fob provided to gain access through the yellow pool house.
10 people will be allowed in the pool area, including the deck at one time. Life guards will be on duty from June 28 to end of August 2024. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and are only allowed in the pool area during the General Swim 10am-7pm. Adult swim house unsupervised are daily from 7am-9am & 7pm- dusk effective Saturday May 18, 2024. No children are allowed under the age of 16 years of age during these hours.
BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the designated complex garbage area located near the visitors parking area.

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.
Your furry friend is welcome to join you for your stay! Please pick up after your pet.
