The Most Unique Hike in Mont-Tremblant

Mont-Tremblant, Quebec has some of the most breathtaking views in Canada, deeming it a hiking playground for outdoor enthusiasts. Just 20 minutes from the village, tucked into Tremblant's lush forests is Sentier des cîmes - a spiral boardwalk hike leading you to views that go on for miles.

This gentle, family friendly hike takes you 1km through the trees of les Laurentides, up to the 40m observation tower. The trail is completely accessible, and offers miniature obstacle courses and learning stops for kids along the path to the tower.

Once you arrive at the tower, the ascent (an equivalent of an 8 storey building!) takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes before you're rewarded with breathtaking views. In the Summer months, you'll even be greeted by an aerial silks and circus performance within the middle of the tower! The unique shape of the tower allows for 360-degree view, giving everyone an up-close seat to these breathtaking performances.

At the top of this impressive tower, you can experience hanging over the forest canopy with the large net that allows you to walk to sit while you look down below. Along the outside of the tower, you can find information about its history, as well as signs pointing you to all the major cities of Canada with their distance!

Most importantly, at the top of Sentier des cimes you'll be greeted by unimaginable views of Quebec's beautiful nature. Even with mountains, hills, and valleys, there us no area left uncovered by the lush trees. Instead of spoiling the view for you, we recommend visiting for yourself!
